Johor Baru Chingay Festival 2025 (Malaysia)

Johor Baru Chingay Festival 2025 (马来西亚柔佛古庙游神2025), a grand celebration marking 150 years of traditions after Chinese New Year, will take place over five days from 15 – 19 February 2025, centred around the historic Johor Ancient Temple in JB.

This spectacular event will feature dazzling street light-ups near the CIQ customs area with Singapore, alongside Taoist deity processions. Visitors can look forward to a stunning display of 80 colourful floats and 21 thrilling dragon and lion dance performances on 18 February 2025.
