Malaysia National Lion Dance Championship 2026 (Genting, Pahang, Malaysia)

Malaysia National Lion Dance Championship 2026 (第21届马来西亚全国舞狮锦标赛 / 2026云顶狮王杯), the 21st edition of Malaysia’s premier national lion dance tournament, will bring together the country’s top lion dance troupes at Arena of Stars, Resorts World Genting for the semifinals and finals on 26 & 27 September 2026.

A total of 20 elite lion dance teams will compete for the coveted championship title over two thrilling days. Audiences can look forward to spectacular performances as the lions come to life through breathtaking acrobatic stunts, precise choreography and the powerful rhythm of drums, cymbals and gongs in a dazzling showcase of skill, strength and tradition.

• Every attendee, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the hall, including children and infants.
• Children shorter than 95cm and do not require a seat may purchase a child ticket at RM 50 per person on the date of event.
