Thean Hou Temple CNY Celebrations 2026 (雪隆海南会馆天后宫新春活动2026), KL’s largest Chinese New Year (CNY) celebration, returns from 7 February – 3 March 2026, the 15th day of CNY, at the iconic Mazu Temple 妈祖庙 in the city centre.

Staying true to tradition, the temple will be spectacularly decorated with hundreds of glowing red lanterns and Year of the Horse–themed displays, creating a mesmerising backdrop for festive family photos.

Visitors can offer prayers for good fortune, prosperity and good health in the year ahead, while enjoying an exciting lineup of activities, including fireworks displays, lion dances, acrobatic performances, Chinese music concerts, cultural showcases, and more.
