Neon Dreams @ City of Hope 2023 / 2024, Malacca's biggest New Year's Eve (NYE) countdown party, is scheduled to take place on 31 December 2023 at The Sail Melaka. Featuring a starry lineup of local and international artistes such as ZICO 지코, JUNNY 주니, Shila Amzah, Aina Abdul and more, this will be a multi-genre concert filled with K-pop, Pop, R&B, hip hop, rapping and EDM music as we await the arrival of 2024.
