Program Madani Rakyat 2024 (Northern Zone) is a carnival organized by the federal government for the residents of Penang, Perlis, and Kedah. This event is scheduled to take place at the Tapak Pesta Sungai Nibong from 3 - 5 May 2024. Other than attending talks and accessing government services such as IC replacement, STR & SARA appeal and eKasih registration, attendees can participate in a variety of social activities over the three days. These include a Aidilfitri celebration ceremony, a colouring contest, a traditional costume competition, a job fair and more. A highlight of the program is the free concert titled "Konsert Haria Penang" on the evening of 4 May 2024, showcasing famous Malaysian artists like Floor 88, Rahmad Mega, and Hael Husaini.
